Hello, friends! Welcome to my page!
As you may have guessed, I am working with the Phillips 66 Legal Department's Food From the Bar team to assist the Houston Food Bank in generating resources so that this outstanding organization can continue to assist those in our community who are in need of food. In case you didn't know, the Houston Food Bank: (1) provides food to individuals in 18 southeast Texas counties surrounding Houston via partnerships with 600 partner agencies, including food pantries, soup kitchens, meal sites, and shelters; (2) provides 79 Million nutritious meals to 800,000 people each year; and (3) serves a wide variety of individuals, including 97% who have housing, 2/3 who are working, and 20 % who are aged 60 or older.
I will be volunteering at the Houston Food Bank on the dates and times laid out below, and I would love if you would join me; of course, please feel free to bring your friends and family as well! Let me know if you think you may be able to come so I'll know to look for you. Even if you aren't able to volunteer your time, I hope that you will consider donating to the Houston Food Bank by clicking on the button to the right. Thanks in advance for your support.

Please accept our sincere gratitude for your donation to the Houston Food Bank through Food from the Bar donation page. Your generosity makes a tremendous difference in the lives of families, children, seniors and individuals struggling with hunger in our community.
When compassionate friends like you donate to the Houston Food Bank, families like Connie’s benefit. Connie, an energetic grandmother of three, was getting by on her own just fine. But when she took in 10-year-old Jimmy, 5-year-old David and 4-year old Austin, she found that her meager fixed income wasn’t quite enough to provide her growing grandsons with all of the things they needed – including, sometimes, food.
Knowing she needs help, Connie is so thankful she can visit a Houston Food Bank partner agency. Here, she can pick up the nutritious foods her grandsons need to continue growing strong and healthy. Connie knows that without generous friends like you, she’d be in a tough position. “Thank you so much,” she says with all sincerity. “It’s the people that care that we need.”
Thank you for your commitment to fighting hunger.
