Disaster MOUs 2016

Details on how to become a Disaster partner agency

There are two types of Disaster MOUs:

 

First, we have “Disaster Orders” available.  These are 10 pallets of product delivered to agencies with priority within 72 hours following the end of the storm.  Upon contact with you, the product will automatically ship as a Disaster Order, with priority and no handling or delivery fee.  After the 72-hour window the product will be available to all agencies for ordering.

 

Second, we have a MOU for an agency or combination of agencies that would establish a “Hub Distribution Point”.  Multiple truck loads will be sent to Hub Distributions Points for agencies to distribute on a large scale.  This may be an opportunity for multiple agencies to combine resources and serve a larger part of the community during this time.  You would need ample space for 18-wheeler truckloads, volunteers for staffing, and equipment.
