Congratulations to the Hunger Game Winners

Hunger Game Winners.jpg During the first two weeks of August, the Houston Food Bank held a volunteer competition called the Hunger Game.

This two-week challenge involved teams of various sizes competing to produce the most meals per person by volunteering, fundraising, and hosting food drives. With 14 teams and 350 team members, the Hunger Game produced 85,070 meals for our community!

First place team is Central Bank! Thank you all again for making this program a fantastic triumph and helping the Houston Food Bank fill pantries for the upcoming school year. Because of its success, the Houston Food Bank plans to hold another Hunger Game soon.
