Join the Corps, the Apple Corps

Houston Food Bank volunteers help us lead the fight against hunger. And the Apple Corps volunteers lead the initiative by donating time regularly at the Houston Food Bank. This program is designed to expand upon existing skills or develop new leadership skills. With countless community and corporate volunteer groups each year, our Apple Corps volunteers are essential to the operation of the Food Bank by leading, training, and organizing these groups.

Apple Corps also lend their professional skills to various other departments throughout the Houston Food Bank, making a very big impact on efficiency and capacity. We also have a Speakers Bureau where Apple Corps can use their voice, representing the Houston Food Bank in our community. Training is available.
